Graham Greene (1904-1991)
One of the greatest novelists of the 20th Century, English writer Graham Greene wrote in an unsentimental but moral way, about the fallibility of human nature, and the consequences of those fallibilities. He also wrote plays and screenplays - including the screenplay for 'The Third Man'. Several of Greene's novels were also made into films, most notably 'Brighton Rock'.
