Status Quo - Three Chord Wonders!

Status Quo have come a long way from their novel, psychedelic hit of the '60s, 'Pictures Of Matchstick Men', and now their biggest claim to fame is kicking off Live Aid in 1985, with the classic foot-stompin', headbangin' 'Rocking All Over the World'.

Much derided for their uncomplicated style, the Quo's guitarists, Francis Rossi and Rick Parfitt, are thought of by much of the British public, affectionately, as like a dodgy pair of laddish uncles - and they'd just tell the critics to count their record sales.

They played the Glastonbury Festival in 2009, and were in as jovial a mood as ever.
